Support For Non-University-Owned Computers

It is the mission of Information Technology is to support university-owned, Administrative, Faculty, Staff and Lab technology. With this in mind please note: Phone calls will be answered, but diagnoses of problems will be limited to time available by the Computer Support staff.

Support of machines not owned by the university will be performed; however, it will be done as time and resources permit. We strive to resolve as many issues as we can, but are limited in the resources this requires. Service fees for non-university-owned hardware vary, depending on the issue, but we do our best to keep them as low as possible for your convenience.
