Support For Non-University-Owned Computers

It is the mission of Information Technology is to support university-owned, Administrative, Faculty, Staff and Lab technology. With this in mind please note: Phone calls will be answered, but diagnoses of problems will be limited to time available by the Computer Support staff.

Support for hardware not owned by the university is available and will be performed as time and resources permit. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis; consequently, we reserve the right to decline a repair due to technical complexity or other underlying issues that may fall outside our current scope. While service fees for non-university equipment vary, we strive to keep costs as low as possible for your convenience.
