Family Weekend & Portland Parent Sabbath

Join us for Family Weekend, October 24-25, 2025!

Family weekend is when we welcome families of currently enrolled students for a special set of events that highlight the Walla Walla University campus, its students, and faculty/staff. Held annually in October, the weekend includes opportunities for parents to visit with their student, attend class, and interact with WWU faculty, staff, and administration.

While no RSVP's are needed for the weekend, Sabbath lunch does require registration. Plan to come for the weekend and participate in the Walla Walla University campus activities designed with you in mind. Be sure to secure lodging well in advance. Held annually on the Portland campus, Parent Sabbath provides parents an opportunity to be part of the special ceremony welcoming junior nursing majors into the nursing profession. The schedule will include Sabbath lunch hosted by WWU President,  registration required for this event (registration will open in September 2025).
