Family Weekend & Portland Parent Sabbath

Family weekend is when we welcome families of currently enrolled students for a special set of events that highlight the Walla Walla University campus, its students, and faculty/staff. Held annually in late October or early November, the weekend includes opportunities for parents to visit with their student and interact with WWU faculty, staff, and administration.

Held annually on the Portland campus, Parent Sabbath provides parents an opportunity to be part of the special ceremony welcoming junior nursing majors into the nursing profession. The schedule will include Sabbath lunch hosted by WWU President, registration required for this event (registration will open in September 2025).
