How to reserve flags

Student Missions is responsible for caring for a large collection of national and state flags. These flags are available to campus clubs and church for special events as needed with the following conditions:

  • Please submit reservation request at least one week before event (two weeks is preferred).
  • We will make arrangements for someone to meet you at the time you specify in the form to pick up the flags from the flag room (behind the stage, near the green room).
  • For requests for 10 flags or less, we will pull them for you.
  • For over 10 flags, we will ask you to pull them.
  • After your event, please return flags exactly how you found them. Flag names are on tape on the bottom of the poles. They are categorized by region in bundles.
  • Please be aware that you may be asked to replace flags that you borrowed that are not returned.
