Friday
6 p.m. Supper (Lindgren Hall)
Dakos Salad (tomato, caper, Greek cheese, rye), Revithia (chickpeas, farm vegetables, crispies & seeds), Gyros (Greek style vegan “lamb,” Skordalia (Greek Garlic mashed potato dip), tahini, tzatziki sauce, house pita), fruits & sweets (seasonal fruit, tarts), lemon water.
7 p.m. Sundown Vespers (Lindgren Hall)

Saturday
All events taking place in Lindgren Hall unless otherwise listed.
8:30 - 9:15 a.m. Breakfast
Shakshuka (braised tomato & peppers, chickpeas, poached eggs) & vegan option, yogurt & granola (honey Greek yogurt, stone fruit, house granola), assortment of pastries (muffins, scones, croissants), vegetarian sausage patties, seasonal fruit, orange juice, tea, milk, oat milk.
9:30 a.m. Sabbath School
After song service children 12 and under will have their own Sabbath school.

11 a.m. Worship Service

12:30 p.m. Lunch
Meze (tzatziki, eggplant, hummus, house pita, olives), Greek pies (spinach & leek in filo), horiatiki (Greek village salad of tomato, cucumber, peppers, feta on side), lemon potato gratin (Yukon gold potato, lemon, wild thyme), melopita (Greek cheesecake “honey pie”, huckleberry meringue) & vegan option, lemonade/lemon water.
2:30 p.m. Nature Hike (on your own)
6 p.m. Dinner on the Beach (weather permitting)
Veggie veggie burgers, vegetarian hot dogs (Bratwurst & “Big Franks”), all the fixings, baked beans, pasta salad, corn on the cob, chips, watermelon, s'mores bars, lemon water.
7 p.m. Sundown Vespers (Lindgren Hall)
Ralph Perrin ’77, presenting: “Who is your Wingman?”
Weather permitting, the evening presentation will be followed by s'mores on the beach.
Sunday
8 - 8:30 a.m. Breakfast | Lindgren Hall
Yogurt & granola (honey Greek yogurt, stonefruit, house granola), oatmeal (dried fruits, compote), pancakes (lemon ricotta, toppings), classic American breakfast (eggs, hash browns, stripples), tea, juice, milk, oat milk.
