Waiting for the 2024-2025 FAFSA?

The 2024-25 FAFSA was released to the public on December 30, 2023. However, colleges will not receive FAFSA data from the Department of Education until mid-March at the earliest. This means that personalized financial plans based on FAFSA data cannot be prepared at this time. 

What you can do in the meantime:

• Are you accepted to WWU? If not, this is your first step.
• Start applying for financial aid by completing the WWU Financial Aid Application (it is the second grey box down). 
• Complete your 2025 FAFSA. You will receive a Student Aid Index (SAI) and Federal Pell Grant eligibility. 
• Start watching your WWU email as most important emails from WWU will be sent there.

• Try out Walla Walla University’s Net Price Calculator . You can use the SAI from the FAFSA to get an estimate of the true cost to attend WWU in just a couple of minutes!

• If you would prefer, you may email your SAI to FAFSA@wallawalla.edu and we will calculate your estimated Net Price for you.

Not planning to complete the 2025 FAFSA?

• If you are not planning to complete the 2025 FAFSA you can send an email to FAFSA@wallawalla.edu to let us know. This will help us know which financial plans to send out with scholarship awards only (no need-based aid or loans).
