Your application will be available for departmental review in approximately 24 hours. Once each major and/or minor in your academic program/plan is approved by that department’s chair/dean, your application will be available to Academic Records for final approval. Because of the high number of applications being processed, please allow 8–10 weeks for a response.

All communication regarding your application will be sent to your WWU email, including your final approval notification from the registrar. Please also review your myWWU checklist for outstanding items you will need to complete to be eligible to march in Commencement and ultimately complete your degree.
