Letter from United Way

Dear Walla Walla University:

United Way of the Blue Mountains brings together community resources to focus on key problems and issues families face and invests in solutions to those problems. United Way's partnerships connect the community to ensure people find the help they need.

Together we address challenges and provide the foundation for opportunities to rise from adversity and thrive. This is accomplished through programs that support Successful Students Cradle Through Career; Healthy People and Thriving Communities; and Disaster Recovery.

Through Elevate, Adopt-a-Student, mentors, out-of-school enrichment, mentors and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, we help prepare the next generation to lead our families, businesses, and communities.

The impact when we LIVE UNITED enhances the lives of everyone in our region by solving problems and creating positive change that lasts.

Thank you for your generosity and consideration.
