Welcome to graduation weekend at Walla Walla University!

Our faculty, staff, administrators, and members of the Board of Trustees join the Class of 2019 in wishing you a fulfilling visit to our campus. Graduates have labored long and hard to reach an important milestone. Thank you for supporting them along the way and for joining in the celebration of their success.

Where to stay while you're here

It is a good idea to get your reservation in early if you plan to reserve a residence hall room for Graduation Weekend.

Current residents of the residence halls may reserve their room in addition to one free of charge. Portland campus residents are able to request two rooms free of charge. Non-residence hall graduating students may reserve two rooms but must pay $25 per room for Friday and Saturday. We may be able to provide up to two additional rooms per graduate at $25 per room for Friday and Saturday—these requests will be placed on a waiting list. Priority for extra rooms will be given to current residents. Due to limited availability, specific room requests will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis and are not guaranteed.

Female students may reserve rooms in Foreman and Conard Halls and male students may reserve rooms in Sittner.

  • Payment is due upon check in. If you are arriving during Sabbath hours, pre-payment may be arranged.
  • Guest arrivals may check in starting at 12 p.m. on Friday.
  • Check out is by 1 p.m. on Sunday after graduation.
  • If your arrival time will be after 10 p.m. please call the dean on duty at (509)-527-2531 to confirm your late arrival.
  • Bring your own bedding and towels (linens are not provided).
  • No Pets. Only service animals are allowed on the WWU Campus.

Reservation deadline is May 31.
