Interim Policy During COVID-19: Due to social distancing restriction and other COVID-19 concerns, WWU Facilities will not be reserved to outside groups until further notice.
Use the form below to reserve a classroom, lecture hall, or outdoor location on the Walla Walla University campus. Locations with specialized reservations processes are listed below and must be followed without the use of this form. Please check to see if a location is available, and receive a reservation confirmation before promoting your event or requesting other services at that location.
Steps to reserving a facility:
- Complete the Event Facilities Request Form at the bottom of this page at least three weeks in advance of your event.
- Receive notification of next steps via email after your request is processed.
- Establish insurance or provide documentation of coverage. Insurance coverage is available for purchase by facility users through the Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP).

Campus Sound provides audio/video services for over 200 WWU-sponsored events on campus each year.
