Graduation weekend

WWU to host online commencement program as part of graduation weekend celebrations

Friends and family of the Walla Walla University community are invited to gather online to honor the class of 2020 at the Walla Walla University virtual commencement ceremony on Sunday, June 14, at 10 a.m.

Andrea Cook, president of Warner Pacific University, will present the commencement address titled “Trust and Obey.” The commencement program will include the presentation of the class gift by Senior Class President Kayla Nash, announcement of faculty and staff awards, individual recognition of each student during the conferring of degrees, and the traditional ringing of the university bell.

Weekend events will include:
• Consecration vespers—Friday, June 12, 8 p.m.
• Baccalaureate—Saturday, June 13, 11:40 a.m.
• Evensong—Saturday, June 13, 8 p.m.
• Commencement—Sunday, June 14, 10 a.m.
