Using custom Teams backgrounds
To add custom background images to MS Teams on a Mac perform the following steps.
Download MAC instructions as PDF
Step 1: Locate and launch Search on your MAC.

Step 2: Type: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads
Step 3: Copy your preferred custom background images to this location.

Step 4: In your next Teams meeting select one of your newly-added images to use as a background.
Windows
Using custom Teams backgrounds
To add custom background images to MS Teams in Windows perform the following steps.
Download Windows instructions as PDF
Step 1: Open File Explorer.

Step 2: Navigate to: C:\Users\your.username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads

Step 3: Copy your preferred custom background images to this location.

Step 4: In your next Teams meeting select one of your newly-added images to use as a background.
