Steps to complete

1. Complete the following online forms:

 

2. Upload the following to the Service Trip Documents folder:

 

3. Email Recommendation form link to at least one non-relative professional or pastoral reference

 

4. Background check if working with minors

This is only needed if you are joining a group trip that includes minors, or if interacting with minors is the principle purpose of the trip, such as providing childcare, running a VBS, teaching in classrooms, etc. Check with your trip leader if you are unsure.

 

5. Fundraising

 

6. Get required/recommended immunizations from Campus Health or other clinic

 

7. Stay in contact with trip leader for meetings and travel information.
