The Havstad Alumni Center has three comfortable guest rooms with private bathrooms available for visitors to the WWU campus. One room has a king bed, and two rooms have two queen beds. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, TV, an iron and ironing board, bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi.
On-campus guestrooms are unavailable for reservations until further notice as part of the university’s efforts to support physical distancing and slow the spread of the coronavirus. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and Conditions: NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, and NO PETS ($50 fine for each violation of policy); exceptions made for service animals with advance notice only; check-in time is 4 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m. (NOTE: Key cards automatically activate by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11 a.m. on the day of departure).
Cancellation Policy: No charge for room cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to check-in time. Fifty percent of the total reservation cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time. Failing to notify us of a cancellation will result in the full charge for the reserved room(s). Cancellations may be requested anytime by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (509) 540-8095.
Key pick up: Keys are available 24 hours a day at the front desk of the Foreman Residence Hall, 200 SE Ash Ave., College Place, unless alternate arrangements have been made.
The guest rooms are located on the College Ave side of the Havstad Alumni Center, 20 SW 4th St, College Place.
NOTE: The Havstad Alumni Center Guest Rooms are managed by the WWU Alumni Association, a separate entity from Walla Walla University.
