Student Organization Fees 2023-2024

STUDENT ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES

Student association membership dues are included in the General Fee. 

ACTIVITY FEES

These fees apply to university-sponsored extracurricular activities in which a student may choose to participate. Fees vary depending on the activity and are published prior to each activity.  

CLUB MEMBERSHIP DUES

Students may choose to belong to campus clubs and are charged dues of no more than $40 per club, per quarter. Students may charge to their accounts the dues for membership in one or two clubs.  

JUNIOR CLASS MEMBERSHIP DUES

The junior class dues are $40 per year. All members of the junior class are charged dues, even if they are taking classes on the Adventist Colleges Abroad program their junior year. This is only charged once per student.

SENIOR CLASS MEMBERSHIP DUES

The senior class votes the amount of its membership dues. The dues cover the class gift, senior activities, and graduation pictures. Dues may not exceed $50 per school year and must be approved by the university president. Autumn quarter graduates will be charged $50. Should the class vote dues of less than $50, an adjustment will be made later in the quarter. 

Students pay directly for caps, gowns, tassels, announcements, etc. Nursing students pay directly for uniforms, pins, etc. All undergraduate students who graduate are considered members of the senior class and are charged dues during the spring quarter prior to their graduation.   

RESIDENCE HALL EXERCISE CLUB MEMBERSHIP DUES

Students (men) may pay a fee of $25 per quarter in order to use The Fitness Factory.
