General Requirements

Only 100 and 200 level courses listed in the current WWU catalog may be proposed for dual credit.

Courses to be offered should be classified as general studies (general education) courses.

Accreditation standards mandate that instructors have a Master’s degree or equivalent in the academic discipline of the course which they instruct.

To participate in the dual credit program a student must be enrolled at an NPUC high school, classified as a junior or senior, have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, and must have completed Algebra I and Geometry.

Students may enroll in up to two dual enrollment courses per term.
