Fundraising Project Proposal Form

If your project involves any fundraising efforts, please fill out the form below. 

If you will be working on fundraising without our assistance, please check the appropriate box on the form and submit it so that we are aware of your project. 

Once we receive your project proposal, the Advancement Office will review it. If you need support for your fundraising efforts, the following phases will apply:

  • Project Proposal Received: your proposal was successfully submitted.
  • Case Review: the Advancement Office will review your project proposal and will give it recommendations to Senior Leadership. This process can include other members (outside the Advancement Office - at its discretion).
  • Project Approved/Denied/On Hold: Senior Leadership will decide, upon the Advancement Office recommendation, if the project proposal is accepted or denied. The Advancement Office will transmit the final decision to the Project Sponsor with, if denied, the reason.
    If the project is “On Hold”, this means that Senior Leadership needs more information or wants to report the decision for later.
  • Fundraising: plan to raise the necessary funds
  • Completion: stewardship phase.
