Book an online appointment with the office of academic advising

We're here to help you figure out what classes you need to take to fulfill your degree requirements and to make sure you stay on track. If you have questions, we're here to answer them!


 

Steps to booking an online appointment with the office of Academic Advisement:

  1. Select the service option that fits your needs:
    •  Prospective WWU Student - Advising  | Addresses general questions about programs offered at WWU or questions about degree programs and requirements.
    • (Current) Advising Check-in
    • (Current) Change of Major
    • (Current) Advising class Registration | For current students to discuss their plan for next quarter's class registration.
    • (New) Freshman - Class Registration Advising | For new freshman students ready to register for their first quarter of classes.
    • (New) Transfer - Class Registration | For students transferring in with some college credit and ready to register for their first quarter of classes at WWU.
  2. Choose the Academic Advisement representative you'd like to work with.
  3. Choose the date you would prefer.
  4. Select an appointment time that works for you. (All times are listed  in Pacific Time by default.)
  5. Enter your personal details, making sure to include your phone number.
  6. In the "Notes" section include your major. If you're not sure yet, write "Undecided."
  7. Click the “Book” button. That's it!

You will receive a confirmation email for your online appointment with a “join Microsoft Teams” link. Please be sure to download Microsoft Teams app. At the time of your appointment, click on the “Join Microsoft Teams” (found in the confirmation email).
