Water Aerobics

Come and get a great workout! Working out in the water has twelve times the resistance than on land.  Therefore your muscles are getting toned while you are getting an awesome cardio workout.  An added bonus is that your joints are getting little to no impact.  So, mix up your workout and come join us.  I guarantee you will be impressed with the workout!

Registration

Classes are offered two days a week or three days a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 7:50 am or Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. Sessions operate for 8 weeks each quarter and passes may be purchased by the quarter, or as a punch card.  Registration is now open online and in the Health and Physical Education office.  

ID cards for each patron must be created in the HPE office and require 2-3 days to generate an ID card.  Patrons are encouraged to purchase a pass and initiate the ID card process prior to classes beginning, as the WEC building is a card-access only building.

Fall | October 2 - December 15  7:50 am - 8:50 am, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Winter | January 15 - March 8  7:50am - 8:50 am, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
