Rosario Beach Marine Laboratory: Reservation rates, policies and steps

Reservations can be requested up to one year in advance. Priority will be given in the following order:

1. Returning groups requesting same dates of use.
2. Returning groups requesting to change their dates of use.
3. New group reservations.

Reservations requests by new groups will be considered in order of receipt and by size of the group.

To make a reservation, 20% of the reservation total must be made as a down payment. View payment and refund policies for more information.

To hold a reservation, payments must be made on the following schedule:

• At booking: 20% of total reservation due
• 3 months before reservation: 50% due
• Within 30 days of reservation: 100% due

Refund policy:

• Due payments are non-refundable beyond the time they are due.
• Any payments made beyond the required amount are refundable.
• The initial 20% payment is refundable only if canceled within 30 days of payment or more than 3 months before the reservation (whichever comes first).
• No shows or cancellations within 30 days from the reservation start date will not receive a refund.
