Resources

The Counseling and Testing Center offers a variety of resources including individual and couples counseling, information on reporting sexual assault, and crisis management resources.

Small groups are offered in collaboration with the Chaplain’s office and the Student Life office. These include self-care groups, grief groups, restorative practice and stretch-and-breathe classes. The following groups are currently being offered through the Counseling and Testing Center:
