Counseling Services

Counseling services are available for students during Fall, Winter and Spring Quarters. Professional counselors are available by appointment for confidential sessions. Counseling groups may be available as well.

About Our Services

Counselors can help with a variety of challenges, such as: anxiety, depression, separation from parents, relationship struggles, childhood abuse, substance abuse, stress and time management, loss and grief, and career uncertainty. View information about our counseling process as well as myths about counseling online.

If you are a faculty or staff member and you would like to refer a student, please direct them to student portal and have them fill out an application.  The counseling staff will contact the student to set up an appointment.

The Counseling and Testing Center has professional staff available as well as graduate student counselors and interns. More information on the qualifications of our counselors can be found online.

Counseling Application

Applications for counseling services are available online via the student portal (sign in using your WWU username and password). Regular counseling is available Fall, Winter and Spring quarters.  Summer session is closed for counseling services.  Please visit our resources page to find referral options for the local Walla Walla community during the summer months.  We begin processing applications for counseling at the start of fall quarter.
