Closing the season is Amy Herzog’s acclaimed modern adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s landmark drama, A Doll's House, representing the first time an Ibsen play has been produced by wwudrama. Set within the seemingly comfortable domestic sphere of Nora and Torvald Helmer, the play unspools a tense narrative of secret debts, societal pressures, and gender roles. Herzog’s streamlined version sharpens the play's psychological precision, delivering a compelling look at self-discovery, truth, and personal autonomy.
