Bruce Neswick to present organ recital featuring works by Bach and Buxtehude

Bruce Neswick, canon of music at Trinity Episcopal Church in Portland, Oregon, will present an organ recital on Saturday, Feb. 29, at 5 p.m. in the University Church. Neswick will perform works by Bach, Buxtehude, Saint-Saëns, and others, as well as an original improvisation.

Neswick is a celebrated composer of organ and choral music who holds degrees from Pacific Lutheran University and Yale University. He completed two years of post-graduate study at the Conservatory in Geneva, Switzerland, and holds an honorary doctorate from the University of the South, as well as fellowship degrees from the American Guild of Organists and the Royal School of Church Music.

The performance is free and open to the public. The University Church is located at 212 SW 4th St., College Place, WA.
