Pictor Graphics is a print, sign and design business that serves a variety of clients, both on-campus and off-campus. It is operated by the Graphic Design program at WWU. Pictor Graphics provides students with a place to gain a greater level of experience outside the classroom.
In addition to all that, students get paid to work here. WWU offers many different opportunities to work on campus. But Pictor Graphics wants to hear from you if you agree that experience is key to future employment.
Students have the opportunity to sharpen and hone their design talents and to put the classroom theory into practice at Pictor Graphics while constantly working with the various printers and other equipment. This includes a vinyl cutter for signs and vehicle graphics, a Konica-Minolta business-class production printer with integrated folder and binder, a 44" wide-format inkjet printer as well as a 17" model and a variety of other tools used to create the various banners, signs, pamphlets, brochures, canvases and programs they produce. They also gain experience in dealing with customers, other designers and co-workers.
