All WWU facilities are closed to the community. Our community water aerobics, pool pass, and Kidnastics programs have been canceled for the fall. Come and get a great workout! Working out in the water has twelve times the resistance than on land. Therefore your muscles are getting toned while you are getting an awesome cardio workout. An added bonus is that your joints are getting little to no impact. So, mix up your workout and come join us. I guarantee you will be impressed with the workout!
