Top financial aid ranking

WWU ranked #28 among four-year institutions in U.S.

LendEDU has ranked Walla Walla University 28th on their list of Best Colleges for Financial Aid out of the 829 four-year institutions in the United States analyzed.

WWU was also rated number one in Washington state for each of the following categories: overall financial aid, need-based financial aid, non-need-based financial aid, and international student financial aid.

The ratings were calculated using the categories of financial aid offered to international students (weighted 6%), non-need-based financial aid (weighted 34%), and need-based financial aid (weighted 60%). The emphasis was placed on need-based financial aid because those are the students that require the majority of help with paying for college.

LendEDU is a personal finance information site that conducts in-depth research on financial products and topics, one of which being student loans and financial aid.
