Longest Table

Enjoy good company and food at unique church potluck

Walla Walla University Church will be continuing its tradition of hosting the Longest Table, an annual potluck meant to welcome students to the University Church. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 1–3 p.m. Tables will stretch along 4th Street from the Winter Education Complex to the Dairy Express. Various departments and clubs will be hosting tables with good food for students to join.

The purpose of this vibrant, community-oriented event is to gather together in community, inspired by Jesus’ feeding of the multitude in Mark 6:24. Students, faculty, staff, and church members are encouraged to join in fellowship and enjoy a Sabbath meal together.

Contact the church office with questions at (509) 527-2800 or church@wallawalla.edu.
