Telephone Services

Welcome to the home page for the Telephone Services division of the Information Services Department at Walla Walla University.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our campus telephone system from Avaya to Microsoft Unified Messaging.

Telephone Services is responsible for maintaining and supporting both basic and enhanced telephone and voice services on-campus. Our services include primarily:

• Voice Mail,
• Cell Phones & Pagers,
• Prank/Fraud Call Investigation
