Support is no longer supporting email forwarding through AD. Since the migration to Exchange 2010 everyone can now manage their own forward requests.

  1. Log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA)
  1. Click Options in the upper right-hand corner and select Create an Inbox Rule

  1. Select New... from the menu

  1. In the newly opened window set up the rule as follows:
  1. From the first drop down select [Apply to all messages]

  1. From the second drop-down menu choose Redirect the message to...

  1. When the address book opens, at the bottom of the window you can input the email address you would like your WWU email forwarded to.

  1. Click Save and you're all done.
