Support is no longer supporting email forwarding through AD. Since the migration to Exchange 2010 everyone can now manage their own forward requests.
- Log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Click Options in the upper right-hand corner and select Create an Inbox Rule
- Select New... from the menu
- In the newly opened window set up the rule as follows:
- From the first drop down select [Apply to all messages]
- From the second drop-down menu choose Redirect the message to...
- When the address book opens, at the bottom of the window you can input the email address you would like your WWU email forwarded to.
- Click Save and you're all done.
