Signing in to Microsoft Lync is a fairly simple process. Once the software is installed perform the following steps:
Step 1:
Start Microsoft Lync
Step 2:
Type your WWU email address into the Sign-in address field and click Sign In
Note: If you get an error, proceed by clicking Close
Step 3:
You should now be prompted with a User name and Password box. Fill in the information as shown below, making sure to include skynet\ before your username
Step 4:
You should now be signed in. You can manage your contacts, instant messages and phone from the menu bar at the top
