Welcome to the WWU Performance Management (PM) resource center!

Performance Management (PM) is a process used to assess employee performance and enhance employee development. It is a Partnership between the immediate supervisor and employee used to manage an employee's contribution to the university. In most cases, this should be seen as yet another opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of WWU employees.

WWU employees participate in the PM process annually. There are two parts to this process:

1. Employee is invited to complete a Self-Evaluation

2. Supervisor completes Employee Evaluation.

The WWU PM process includes two types of evaluations: Interim and Annual (Please see Performance Management: A Guide for Supervisors and Employees, below). If you need assistance, please contact Human Resources.
