Graduates

Graduation Announcements/Invitations:
Graduation announcements may be ordered on-line at royaltpapers.com after February 15, 2012. Orders will be shipped to you 5-6 weeks prior to graduation to the address you provide. Note that graduation announcements can be ordered up until July 1st.

Regalia:
Regalia (cap and gown) orders must be placed online at royaltpapers.com. Orders for graduation cannot be placed until after February 15. Ordering is easy!

Cap and Gown Distribution
Monday, May 21 - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Walla Walla University Bookstore. Cap and gowns must be picked up at the Bookstore during the distribution date.
Tuesday, May 22 - afternoon Portland Campus.

Dorm Rooms:
It is a good idea to get your reservation in early if you plan to reserve a dorm room for Graduation Weekend.

Women Graduates
Graduate women may reserve up to 4 rooms (fees apply). For more information, please contact Jeannie Stanford at Foreman/Conard Hall Women's Dorms.

• If your arrival time will be after 11:00 p.m. please call the dean on duty at (509) 527-2531 to confirm your late arrival.
• Bring your own bedding and towels (linens are not provided).
• No Pets. Only service animals are allowed on the WWU Campus.
• Foreman Hall is ADA compliant, has air conditioning and an elevator; Conard Hall does not. Due to availability Foreman Hall rooms cannot be guaranteed.
