Reserving Residence Hall Rooms
It is a good idea to get your reservation in early if you plan to reserve a residence hall room for Graduation Weekend.

 

WOMEN GRADUATES
Current residence of Foreman, Conard, or Hansen Halls may reserve two rooms free of charge. Non-residence hall graduation women may reserve two rooms at $20 per room for Friday and Saturday. We may be able to provide up to two additional rooms pers graduate at $20 per room Friday and Saturday--these requests will be placed on a waiting list. Priority for extra rooms will be given to current residents. 

  • Payment is due upon check in. If you are arriving during Sabbath hours, pre-payment may be arranged. 
  • Guest arrivals may check in starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 12.
  • Check out is Sunday, June 14. 
  • If arrival time will be after 10 p.m. please call the dean on duty at (509)-527-2531 to confirm your late arrival. 
  • Bring your own bedding and towels (linens are not provided). 
  • No Pets. Only service animals are allowed on the WWU Campus. 
  • Foreman Hall is ADA compliant, has air conditioning and an elevator; Conard Hall does not. Due to availability Foreman Hall rooms cannot be guaranteed.

UNIVERSITY GUESTROOM INFORMATION
Walla Walla University offers guestrooms through the Village Housing Office for alumni, parents, students and guests coming for WWU events. The guestrooms each have one queen size bed, linens, private bath, TV, local phone, mini-refrigerator and microwave. They are located one block North of campus at 27 N College Ave, College Place, WA. Please call (509) 527-2109 for prices and reservations.
