WWU in Top Tier of Universities

U.S. News & World Report Releases Rankings

Walla Walla University has been ranked in the top tier of regional universities in the 2014 edition of “U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges.”

WWU places 38 out of 90 schools in the top tier of the category of “Regional Universities — West.” The Best Colleges rankings are based on a variety of measures, including retention and graduation rates, academic reputation, faculty resources, and alumni giving rate, among other indicators.

This year's ranking moves WWU up from last year's ranking of 43.

Institutions in the category of Regional Universities offer a full range of undergraduate programs and some master’s programs. The western states category comprises colleges and universities from 15 states.
