Two Teams Compete in the 2011 Tournament
Walla Walla University held its annual Friendship Tournament Feb. 7-9, 2013. The tournament has been hosted by WWU for more than ten years. In addition to the WWU gymnasium, games were held at Walla Walla Valley Academy and Rogers Adventist School.
The tournament is a way for students from Adventist academies to play against each other in an structured, competitive environment. Sportsmanship is central to the tournament because, as the name implies, the goal is not merely to win games, but to meet people from other schools and to make new friends.
