Students Aim High With Fundraising

Local paper reports on Mission Malawi

The Associated Students of Walla Walla University (ASWWU) have teamed up with their counterparts from Adventist colleges and universities across North America for Mission Malawi.  The project aims to raise $50,000 to keep Malamulo Hospital and School of Medicine in Malawi up and running.

Fundraising events at WWU have included a swim meet, a date auction, and a chocolate tasting class, presented by Chocolate Apothecary from Spokane, Wash.  

A WWU student even cut his hair (and shaved his legs) to raise money for the Malawi hospital.  Read more by clicking on the link below.
