By: Hilary Nieland
Walla Walla University Drama’s annual Festival of Actors will take place June 8 at 9 p.m. and June 9 at 8 p.m. in Village Hall. The Festival of Actors began in 2004 as a monologue performance. Since then, “it has become a student-written and student-directed experimental production,” says David Crawford, drama department director.
This year, the Festival of Actors will feature a full-length play written by Joshua Haddock, a senior English major and drama minor. It will be directed by Caitlin Stoodley, a senior mass communications major and drama minor.
Tickets are available through the wwudrama website. General admission is $7. Student and senior tickets are $6, and WWU alumni, students, faculty, and staff tickets are $5.
