Being a Good Neighbor

We encourage you to be mindful of your neighbors, both those living in the apartment next to you and those in the houses nearby. In order to help you do that, here’s a list of things to remember:

  • If you see someone who needs help with groceries or opening a door, offer a helping hand.
  • If you see a neighbor raking their yard by themselves, take a moment to help them out.
  • Try not to yell from your balcony to a friend. Rather, pick up a phone or walk over to them and enjoy a more intimate conversation.
  • Keep stereo speakers off the floor and at a respectable volume at ALL TIMES.
  • Resist the temptation to vacuum your carpet past 10:00 p.m.
  • Close windows after 10:00 p.m. when you have lots of people in your house or loud conversation.
