These men are full time students whose job is to assist dorm residents and other dorm staff.

They are available to answer questions about Walla Walla University or to help you with personal, academic, or other problems which typically confront students. They can be good listeners or may refer you to appropriate persons for consultation.

As members of the residence hall staff, they are also responsible for the development of a healthy environment conducive to academic and personal success. It is important to remember that RAs are students just like you and they need your help and cooperation. Your RA will get to know you and be there for you when a situation arises.
