Sexual Misconduct and Discrimination Policy
As an institution, Walla Walla University is committed to honoring our obligations under Title IX and the Campus SaVE Act to provide protection from sexual misconduct and discrimination and educational resources to address and prevent these issues.
Walla Walla University is committed to providing all individuals on campus with an environment free of sex discrimination and sexual misconduct. WWU honors this commitment by providing resources, enacting preventative measures, educating the campus community, and implementing thorough grievance procedures for student facing issues of sexual misconduct and sex discrimination. WWU has:
- Sex discrimination and sexual misconduct policy
- Designated Title IX coordinator--David Richardson, vice president for Student Life and Mission; and,
- Adopted a policy and process for providing for prompt and equitable resolution of student and employee sex discrimination and sexual misconduct complaints.
