Course Waiver and Transfer of Credit

Some graduate level work at other accredited institutions, but not previously applied towards a degree, may be approved for transfer to the counseling psychology program by petition to the School. Normally, the maximum is 12 credit hours. No courses with grades less than "B" qualify for transfer credit. Extension courses may be transferred if they are acceptable as graduate credit by the accredited college or university offering them. Neither correspondence nor countinuing education credit is accepted as transfer credit. "P" or "S" grades may be transferred after specific review by the School, but will not be considered when computing the GPA.
