Walla Walla University Aviation is looking for dispatchers/front desk workers for the 2015-2016 school year. FLOOR CREW MEMBER

The Custodial Department is looking for full-time floor crew members. Crew member would be responsible for performing major carpet and hard surface floor cleaning in campus buildings. Duties include: mop, strip, scrub, buff, and apply floor sealer/finish to hard floors. Vacuum, spot clean, and extraction cleaning for carpets. Floor care experience is preferred but not required. IRRIGATION CREW MEMBER

Irrigation crew members are responsible for keeping the campus green and the plants healthy. Essential duties include maintaining the various campus irrigation systems and repair broken irrigation components such as pipes, valves, and sprinklers. Crew members also install new irrigation and are responsible for scheduling irrigation. Must be able to work in all types of weather. KIDNASTICS

The HPE Department is looking for a Kidnastics Instructor to teach kids 3-14 years old gymnastics skills on floor, beam, uneven bars, vault and tumble track. LIBRARY

The Center for Library Education and Research (CLEAR) in the library is looking for an Instructional Reader. Grading library assignments from College Writing and Research Writing makes up a large part of the job. Other duties may include helping to retrieve and store statistical data, create reports, develop library educational electronic guides, and assist in promoting library services (taking photographs, etc). There is opportunity to work the week of Jumpstart in a public position as part of the library tour for incoming freshman. Applicants must have successfully completed Research Writing. PC LAB ASSISTANT

The IT (Academic) department is looking for a PC Lab Assistant. Position is for Fall Quarter 2015. Would proctor the KRH, RGH, & BWH PC Labs all day on Sunday, Monday-Thursday evenings. Duties would include keeping the printers going, the labs tidy, and enforcing the no eating, drinking, or loud behavior. Work shifts are typically 3 hours. SOUND SYSTEM TECHNICIAN

The Institutional Support department is looking for a sound system technician. A sound system technician is a member of a 10 person crew which runs sound for Vespers, Community, and Week of Worships. Technicians run the main Front of House sound board, our recording sound board, as well as a light board, and assisting as an occasional stage hand. Technicians must have previous experience running sound systems and understand the basic live mixing. Work takes place Friday afternoons, Tuesday during community, and an occasional Sunday night practice. Technicians are on a rotation to allow for weeks off. Students interested in this position must enjoy helping behind the scenes with programs and running sound. Position would start September 29. COMMUNITY BUILDING INTERN

Community Building is hiring an intern from May 15-August 7 (dates flexible) who will assist with the creation and implementation of several projects that serve their mission. The intern will also be invited to highlight his or her gifts and areas of interest in the position. The work hours are Tuesday through Thursday mornings from 9-12, approximately 10 hrs/wk.
