The main library for Walla Walla University is located on the College Place campus. Peterson Memorial Library serves the information and research needs of the students, faculty, and staff of Walla Walla University with collections of more than 190,000 books and around 1,000 current periodical subscriptions, an online catalog, 70 online databases, reference and interlibrary loan services, a media center and a PC lab. School of Nursing Library (http://www.wallawalla.edu/academics/Library/portland/) The School of Nursing Library (SON Library) serves the information and research needs of students and faculty on the Portland Nursing campus, a branch campus for Walla Walla Universtiy located in Portland, Oregon. Billings MSW Library/PC Lab (http://www.wallawalla.edu/academics/Library/billings) Located on the Billings, Montana campus of Walla Walla Universtiy, the on-site library/PC lab supports the Master of Social Work program offered there. This collection is small and focused on social work related materials including books and subscriptions to some journals. Located on the Third floor of Smith Hall on the College Place campus, the Curriculum Library is a supportive department run by and for the School of Education & Psychology. Its holdings include K-12 textbook samples, children's literature, and teaching aids. The Hutto-Patterson Research Center (http://www.wallawalla.edu/academics/departments/history/hutto.html) Established in 1993 by a grant from the Hutto-Patterson Charitable Foundation and continually expanded with funds provided by the Lindgren Charitable Foundation, Richard Dougherty, and other donors, The Center is well equipped for research, complete with study desks, microform readers/printers, networked computers, printer, scanner, copy machine, and reference library. Missoula MSW Library/PC Lab (http://www.wallawalla.edu/academics/Library/missoula/) Located at Walla Walla University’s Missoula, Montana campus, the Missoula Libary/PC Lab(http://www.wallawalla.edu/academics/library/bilab) houses a small collection of books and periodicals supporting the graduate social work program. Music Library
Located in the Melvin K. West Fine Arts Center on the College Place Campus, the Music Library houses a collection of recordings, scores, resources for specialized music research and computing, and a listening/video lab. All materials are considered reference resources and may be used only in the music library.
Rosario Marine Station Collection
Peterson Memorial Library maintains a small collection of library resources at the Rosario Marine station in Anacortes, Washington. It consists of over 900 books, videos, CD-Rom, and periodical resources. During the summer, the on-site collection is augmented with books and periodicals from Peterson’s collection which are chosen by Biology faculty to directly support the summer’s curriculum.
