You borrowed it and now you need it for a little longer? Don't just keep it--overdue fines will add up in a hurry. Renew the item! It only takes a minute, and you can do it from any computer.
If no one has requested the item (placed a hold), you may renew it from your library account in the WWU catalog. WWU items may be renewed more than once. Summit items are non-renewable.

From the WWU Library Catalog, login to your library account.
- Enter your name, university ID number, and your password.
- Follow the instructions to renew one or more of your items.
- Check the item's STATUS column to be sure it successfully renewed.

You can renew your items for the same length of time as the original loan period. At the end of term, the due date automatically defaults to the last day of the quarter. If you are returning next quarter and wish to have your renewal extended, just show your myWWU pre-registration to the Circulation staff.
