Alphabets

You may find that your alphabet dies can be useful for making things other than letters.  Here are a few ideas to get you started.

The stems for these tulips were made with a D'Nealian letter "J."
The letter "J" can easily be made into candy canes.
Place a folded paper over a D'Nealian "J" or lower case "i" to make these hearts.
These eggs were made from the middle of the letter "O" - the part normally thrown away.
The throwaway parts of D'Nealian "B," "a," and "k" make these raindrops.
These colorful links are made from foam using the Kristy-framed letter "I." Snip along the side to be able to link them together. This is a great way to use up tiny bits of foam left over from other projects.
