Ensembles: Wind and Percussion

Walla Walla College Wind Symphony

1 hr. credit or audit

Open to all students, entrance by audition. Local and off campus performances. Some off-campus touring.
Concert Band members will rehearse 3 times a week. Full rehearsals will be on Tuesday & Thursday. Brass & Percussion Sectionals will be on Monday & Woodwinds will rehearse on Wednesday.

Rehearsals meet from 5:15 to 6:15 pm.

Brass Ensembles

1 hr. credit or audit

Prerequisite: membership in band or special permission of instructor necessary.

On-campus and local performances. Some off-campus touring. Might include Brass Quintet or Brass Choir.

Percussion Ensemble

1 hr. credit or audit

Prerequisite: membership in band or special permission of instructor necessary.

On-campus and local performances. Some off-campus touring.

Woodwind Ensembles

1 hr. credit or audit

Prerequisite: membership in band or special permission of instructor necessary.

On-campus and local performances. Some off-campus touring. Might include Flute Quintet, WW clarinet, sax ensemble, and clarinet quintet or clarinet choir.
