Participants are welcome to arrive anytime starting Sunday August 14, 2011.

Regular meal service will begin with breakfast on Monday August 15, and will end with lunch on Friday August 19. Special arrangements can be made for a light supper on Friday August 19 and a light breakfast on Saturday August 20 for conference attendees who may be staying the night of Friday August 19.

Participants staying in Rosario cabins are welcome to stay until 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, August 21. All facilities will need to be vacant at that time.
