Susan Bungard

(B.A., Walla Walla College)

Susan Bungard graduated from Walla Walla College and returned to the community in 1990.  She has worked in various capacities, primarily in teaching.  Ms. Bungard taught for the English Department and the English as a Second Language program for several years.  In 1999, she became a director in Spiritual Life and Mission and in Placement and Cooperative Education.  For two years beginning in 2000, she was also the writer of the ten-year WWC Accreditation Self-Study and the AAA Self-Study (SDA accreditation).  In 2002, Ms. Bungard accepted a half-time instructor position for the School of Theology, teaching lower division New Testament courses.  She continues her work in Spiritual Life (now Campus Ministries), as well as accreditation assignments, and will be completing an MA in Counseling.   Ms. Bungard has an adult son, Dane.
